Agency - Session 24 Recap

We take Joe and the other Red Hawks to Baab and are told the guard will handle things from there. Peyton is released once we show Baab the evidence that we found.

We take Peyton to lunch at Hilda’s. While we are there Hilda tells us “Take her to the farm, it will all work out, “ but she refuses to elaborate on that.

We head back to the Inn and Baab is there. He lets us know that they will be setting a trap for whomever paid the Red Hawks, and while he can’t sanction our help, if we wanted to be there when this happened he wouldn’t stop us.

After Baab leaves, a chill falls over the room and a dark spectral figure appears and says “If you know what’s good for you, you’ll forget about the Pearsons and their farm.”

We rent some horses and set out for the farm, ignoring the warning from the previous evening. When we get to the farm, we find Peyton’s aunt and several other people including Walter, a warforged. We find out that there is a mine on the farmland and that the near by stream is slated to become part of the new canal between the capital and Madatricona. We find out that, Peter (Peyton’s brother) had an argument with Mr. Johnson (a lawyer) before he died.

We decide to spend the night at the farm and then head back to the capital in the morning.

After breakfast at the farm, we travel back to the capital and return to the inn.
