The party awakes before dawn and meets in the mess hall for breakfast before heading out for the day’s adventures.

Remus enters and sees everyone sitting at a table eating, everyone that is except Sorcha, she has not joined the group yet. Remus asks why we all got up super early. Azi says that’s a good question and demands coffee for the massive hangover he’s nursing. Remus asks about Sorcha whereabouts and says it looks like no one slept in her room last night (ok Remus is now officially a creeper and Sorcha needs to lock her door). The party eats fast as we are in a hurry to get to the flagpole before dawn. We learn from Remus a curfew was put in place after the attempted assassination of the King; Sorcha may have been caught in it and stayed with friends. Remus invites us to use the danger room whenever we want to give it a shot.

Flag Pole: We arrive at the flagpole and are greeted by Sorcha. We tell her she needs to lock her bedroom door. Sorcha says she was out with friends and stayed with them (him) when the curfew started. But she did learn some important information of Foilage. Fused to live in Tolmhiem and he would study in all the temples to learn whatever he could about Basan. During his time in the city there was a series of murders happening (our dear friend Baab, who likes pink, was in charge of the investigation and never solved them). One F left the city the murders stopped. The conversation turns to Kolh and him telling us to come to the flagpole at dusk and not dawn. Some of us want to return to him and have a little chat.

The Collector: As dawn approaches we appear for summoning the Collector. Tolvin casts light on his shield and stands to the west of the pole. A shadow appears from the pole and stretches all the way over to a wall across the way and a glowing outline of a door appears. Azi decides to cast detect magic on the door and it causes an immediate painful headache for him. The glowing door opens without any issues. We walk down a long hallway lit by torch light. There is a bright light at the end of the tunnel. We enter a huge room filled with a collection of oddities from around the world. In the back of the room is a curtain and we hear a deep voice asking if someone needs something for their massive headache (Azi says yes, ma’am). We meet a Gold Dragon born named Stronfer. She tells us that everything in this room is magical and as a spell on the door to keep people from detecting it’s magic. We chat for a little bit and ask her if she knows any reason why Kohl would have told us to try to contact her at dusk and she doesn’t know why he would lie, he’s visited her numerous times.

Azi says he is looking for something to connect with his mother. Explains that his mother is a celestial and he needs something of her’s to have a chat with her. Stronfer tells him where to look and Azi heads over that way. As he gets closer his hands and the rod (his mother’s) both start glowing (Like harry potter at the wand shop). Stronfer tells him to put it back. Tolvin decides maybe he should hold on to the rod for safety reasons. Vistra asks for a Never Ending Flask. She has something similar and wants the magic carpet for it. No Trade. Sorcha asks about her Red Dragon enemy and if Stronfer has anything to track people. Answer is no. Sorcha asks about Foiliage. We learn he visited the Collector a few times. He was looking for two things: Basan’s ring and a scroll. He did find a dagger belonging to Basan and a scroll with the symbol of Basan on it (From Vistra’s original vision).

Azi trades the Ring of Jumping and a Ring of Water Walking for his mother’s rod and a rod of resurrection. Tolvin asks for a Bag of Holding (Hermine’s bag or Mary Poppins’ bag) (He can now say I’m Mary Poppins) and she agrees to give it to him. Tolvin now carries the Azi’s celestial stick and the magic carpet. We leave the collector and exit through the magical door. It's daylight. The door to the door to the collector fades away but we still know where it is and how to get back in. (Just like Platform 9 ¾)

Out in the Parade Grounds the town is starting to rise for the day (like the beginning of Beauty and the Beast, Bonjour, Bonjour). Tolvin gives Azi back the Celestial rod and Azi briefly becomes a giant glow stick until Tolvin takes the rod away from him. This is probably not something that should be done in public. Azi’s eyes are still glowing. Azi mentions that there is a courtyard back at the Temple of Toraches that is surrounded on all sides by high walls. We all head back to the Temple.

Temple Toraches. The courtyard is about 20x20. Azi goes to the center of it while the rest of us hide just in case. Azi casts Magic Hand and takes the rod from Tolvin. Azi starts to glow. Then as Azi is holding the rod a giant column of light emanates from him straight up from him (like light on at the Luxor Casino in Vegas). The people of Tolhmien notice the light but pay no attention to this because this apparently happens a lot at the Temple of Toraches. All of Azi is glowing. Then the light coming from Azi starts to fade but his eyes stay glowing. Azi informs us he just met his mother and she is a very powerful Angel of Toraches. This means Azi is an Aasimar (½ angel, ½ elf). Tolvin heads to his room. Once there he empties the contents of the bag to see what else is in his “little” bag. The bag contains; the magic carpet, Potion of Animal Friendship, Potion of Mind Reading, Potion of Superior Healing, Eye Glasses (frames with crystal lens) which are Eyes of Minute Seeing.

We leave the Temple to head to the Temple of Nadur. All the way we stop at a few local shops; the Grinan’s Marvelous Tincture (Magic Shop) and Sybill’s Enchantments(Alchemy Shop). Items purchase included Althena - Pearl, LEad based ink, jade dust, Potion of Speed-Faster, Potion of Fire Breathing, Potion of Healing Azi - Tulum of Leadership Sorcha - Potion of Gaseous Form Vistra - Oil of Slipperiness (Nobody had a endless flask) Tolvin didn’t buy but sold somethings from the Mary Poppins bag

Temple of Nadur We leave the shops and head to the Temple of Nadur for the big party. Along the way Sorcha tells us a little about the temple. The Temple is filled with people of all races and all classes with a high portion of Druids as it is a nature temple. At the temple there is a floating tree with its roots exposed. The temple feels sorta like a temple mixed with botanical garden mixed with animal sanctuary (hippies). It's one building with lots of open air and the gates are open for the party today. THe main hall is where the food for the cocktail party is being served. Guest keep arriving for some time and they all are talking about the attempted assassination of the king and the princess and the mysterious group that stopped the attempt. Sorcha recognizes some of the people but not many. Sorcha then sees a friend of hers heads over to talk to them. The rest of the group sees what appears to be Sorcha talking to herself until we head over there and meet Obo, a ½ ling. Just then Gaia Thaeolo (Lady Boss, 600 year old Wood Elf) comes in and welcomes everyone to the party. Gaia sees Sorcha and Obo and heads straight for them. Beaming Gaia and Sorcha hug. Gaia asks Sorcha if she was able to find what she was looking for, then they talk about the zoo in Madaricona. Gaia asks what brought us to the city but all of sudden Sorcha jumps as her good friend Thea manages to sneak up on her and surprises her. Sorcha introduces everyone to Gaia and Thea. Those three then talk about Kivas (fire breathing) who is responsible for killing Sorcha’s mother, father, and sister. During the conversation Thea looks very pale as she hoped he was dead as he’s the reason Thea lost her arm. We also learn that Sorcha and Thea come from the same region and after the incident with Kivas, Sorcha and Thea became really close almost like sisters.

We all continue to chat for a little bit. Then the music stops and an honored guest is introduced; Kai Tavlick. Gaia goes to greet him. At this point Sorcha is blushing, we finally get to meet the mysterious “friend” Sorcha spent the night with. Gaia brings Kai over to our little group and introduces the rest of the group to Kai. He is a close friend of the temple and a member of the Royal court and he knows we were responsible for stopping the attack on the king. Obo, who had been keeping an eye on the room, rejoins the group and we learn that he is the eyes and ears of the city. We also learn a little more about Kai and Sorcha’s relationship. (I didn’t write anything down because I was too busy laughing at the comments being made by Pat). Thea wants to know how long we will be in town for but we do not know. Kai wants to know if Sorcha talked to us about tomorrow night (Cue more laughing because of Pat). Kai may have a job for us if Sorcha agrees to it. He needs both Druids in animal form, the silver tongue of the Bard, the Wizard to burn shit and the Cleric in case something goes wrong. Kai also invites us to the Palace tomorrow for a party in honor of the late Queen’s birthday to try and cheer up the King. He tells us to meet him at his place around dinner time tomorrow. Sorcha asks Althena if she will play some music and Gaia to do a show and tell of Druid animals. Both agree. Althena gets a mixed reaction from the crowd.

Druid off The entire party heads to the courtyard. Kai and Obo are quite interested in saying this as they didn’t know Sorcha had mastered animal form yet (Kai apparently isn’t into kinky). Sorcha turns into a Giant Hyena - Kai is alarmed and intrigued while Obo is mad because now she even taller than him Vistra turns into a Rafikian Druid #3 turns into a Giant Eagle and flies around the courtyard and has a massive wingspan Druid #4 turns into a Giant Crocodile (somebody call the Irwins) Gaia tells everyone to stand back and turns into a Triceratops.

Plan For tomorrow Meet at the Greatfull Woodpecker across the Temple of Nadur.

We all head back to the Temple of Toraches and meet up with Remus. Sorcha asks Remus about him creeping her room. He swears the door was open. He changes the subject and tells us the Head Scryer wants to see us and has some important information for us.
